Why this page exists

When BSCF is raising money for something — a scholarship fund, a mission trip, a building campaign — this is where it gets listed so alumni and students can find it and give. BSCF Network never touches money directly: every listing here just points to Andrews University's own giving portal, where the actual transaction happens.

Who can do this

Site-wide admins.

Listing a project

  1. 1Go to Admin → Projects.
  2. 2Fill in New project: a title, category (scholarship, mission trip, building fund, general, event), a description, and the giving-portal link people should be sent to.
  3. 3Create — it's now listed for visitors to browse and click through to give.

Editing and archiving

Open a project's Editlink to change any field. Once a campaign is over —fully funded, or the moment's passed — click Archive rather than deleting it: it comes off the active public listing but stays on record and can be reactivated any time.

Good to know — the search and status filter above the list make it easy to find an older campaign again later, active or archived.
